Maysie’s Farm Conservation Center
Sam Cantrell and his Sustainable Agriculture Interns use organic practices to grow a wide variety of vegetables on seven of the sixty-five acres at Maysie’s Farm in Ludwig’s Corner, which is located about 4 miles from Eagleview.  Lettuce, mesculin mix, arugula, broccoli, cabbage, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, kale, collards, swiss chard, carrots, onions and potatoes are some of the many vegetables that you can purchase as they are harvested each Wednesday during the growing season.  Maysie’s Farm Conservation Center (MFCC) is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to improving public understanding of the importance of conservation and ecological thinking.  In addition to introducing the Eagleview Farmers’ Market, MFCC operates a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farm and offers unique educational programs for children, familes and teachers.

Sandi's Bread
We are a family business, doing all the recipe creation, baking, and packaging ourselves.  Each hand-rolled loaf has a wonderfully delicate "chew" with a light, whole-wheat aroma and breath of honey flavor. Because we stone-mill  the wheat in our bakery, right before we put it in the dough, not only are you getting all the nutrients, you’re getting the amazing flavor of the warm, ripe wheat berries. Our mission is to provide our customers with the freshest, most nutritional and most flavorful product possible. We love to see your faces fill with surprise when you realize that whole wheat breads really can taste this good! We also love to hear your suggestions or your dreams of breads you’d like to have us make. We feature a wide variety of whole grain breads, sweet rolls, sweet batter breads, cookies, scones, and many other wonderful whole-grain offerings.

Some of the treats available include Peanutty Animal Crackers, Carob and Oat Clusters, Gingerbunnies, Cinnapooches and Sunflowers.  All treats are home-made in West Chester, PA, and they contain no chemicals, additives or artificial preservatives.
